"新しい感字"のシリーズ。花屋とカフェの融合としての空間で、コンテポラリーガーデンをコンセプトに庭という漢字の庭だれにContemporaryの頭文字 Cを入れた文字で表現する。　英文字のスペルはTACYとし、主にTea, The などTから始まる西洋のお茶とCha,ChaiなどのCからはじまる東洋のお茶の専門カフェとし、taste- tasty-tastful などの感覚、味覚などの意味の音にかけたものとする。

"New Kanji" series. This shop was conceived as a "Contemporary Garden" space combining a flower store and a cafe To reflect Tacy's dual roles, the logo ensconces the letter "c" (for "contemporary") within an element taken from the Chinese character "tei", or "garden". Spelled in the roman alphabet as "TACY (tei + c)", the name also recalls the cafe's two main menu items: Western tea varieties ("T") and Asian tea varieties, or "cha" ("c"). Finally, the name's phonetics resonate with words such as "taste", "tasty", "tasteful" etc.
